Book a Strength Induction/1-1 Session

This is the page to book either a Strength Induction OR a 1-1 Coaching session

Please note that both of these session are located at The Run Coach, Bridport.

STRENGTH INDUCTION 
 

A full introduction to the strength program. This hour will take you through the concepts and movements behind the strength course. It will also serve as an opportunity to build experience with your current capabilities and set valuable goals. Prior to attending the induction it would be beneficial to have a way of recording your exercise. Please read 'gym tracking app' section below. 

1-1 COACHING

Whether it's a run coaching session, a review of your current strength training or anything inbetween, the 1-1 coaching session is an hour with the coach in a fully equipped private gym.

Tracking your weights and therefore your progress is an integral part of strength training. 

Strength training should be driven by progress to ensure you are getting the outcome intended.
