COUCH TO 5KM

If you have never run before this class is for you. A class where you will learn the techniques and theory essential for injury-free, enjoyable running. We understand beginning to run can be a daunting step and pride ourselves on structuring the class around your needs.

MIXED ABILITY RUN

A popular class cleverly catered for all running abilities and experiences. Designed to be accessible to everyone. Mainly based on road and firm tracks.

MIXED ABILITY TRAIL RUN

A multi-terrain class designed to build confidence off-road and explore the local area. Please note that Monday's trail run is a 90 minute class and will also require trail shoes.
