IMPORTANT UPDATE TO BOOKING RUN COURSES
When booking the Mixed Ability Run or Mixed Ability Trail Run please know your booking is valid to attend both course if you wish. You do not need to pay for both courses seperately. When booking, please book the run course that you are most likely to attend.
COUCH TO 5KM
I understand beginning to run can be a daunting step and pride myself on structuring the course so it is manageable and enjoyable. This is a graded exposure to running that gives your body the time to adapt and enjoy running.
MIXED ABILITY RUN
A popular class cleverly catered for all running abilities and experiences. Designed to be accessible to everyone. Mainly based on road and firm tracks.
MIXED ABILITY TRAIL RUN
A multi-terrain class designed to build confidence off-road and explore the local area. Please note that Monday's trail run is a 90 minute class and will also require trail shoes.
